Important message from the Chairman of BSI Group
Dear clients
We wrote to you recently promising to keep you informed of our progress in resolving temporary difficulties we were then experiencing with scheduling assessments within The People’s Republic of China.
We are now delighted to inform you that CNCA has fully restored BSI China’s Certification enabling it to resume operating as a certification body in China.
This means that BSI China is now fully back in business and, with immediate effect, we are conducting all assessment, certification and training work normally. Our local management team is already working hard to re-schedule assessments which have been affected during this period and to minimise the inconvenience to you, our customers.
All of our assessors have been busy during the last few weeks improving and enhancing their knowledge and skills in order to ensure that BSI China continues to provide the highest levels of service to our customers. We firmly believe that BSI China is now stronger than ever and we are excited about the many opportunities to continue working with you.
During the last few weeks, we have received many messages of support and understanding from our customers in China, and we would like to thank all of you for your loyal support and cooperation and for the confidence you showed in BSI China over that difficult period.
The BSI Board and the BSI China management team are fully committed to developing the service we provide for the Chinese market and we now look forward with great optimism to working with you as your valued partner and to continue helping your organisation to achieve its goals.
