Course Description 课程描述：
全世界正在面临下列能源挑战：
世界各国对能源安全的关注度日益提高,并且正在影响国家间的行为；
高油价影响国家经济和组织的盈利能力；
全球有16亿人过着没有电的生活,24亿人仍然用传统燃料(主要是木材)烹制食物；
全球80%的二氧化碳的排放量来自化石燃料的使用；
能源需求仍在持续增长，特别是在中国这样的蓬勃发展的新兴经济体。
BSI的能源管理体系实施课程为学员提供了基于BS EN 16001:2009标准实施能源管管理体系的实践工具和方法。其中的练习可以帮助学员了解标准的基本的要求，建立文件化的体系，制定体系建立和实施的项目计划，学员将能够获得如何实施能源管理体系所必须的知识，以通过提高能源效率来帮助组织获益。
